Well, this is my finall attempt convincing you,to add Georgian troops in mod
Georgian mercenaries are mentioned in Eastern Roman,Seljuk and later in Mongol armies as auxilliaries,by sources, dated by the age of Mongol conquest. Some numbers of Georgians participated in battle of Kose dag, they fought both sides.

Georgian troops were often used in Mongol military campaigns against Egyptian Mamluks.(Also, sons of high nobles served in Kheshig.)

Georgian auxilliaries took part in siege of Baghdad. It is believed, that they were eager to avenge the sack of Tbilisi by Jalal-ed din in 1225.

Bulk of Georgian army were knights/Aznaurs with their retinues of serjants/Msakhureulis,trained and equipped like Aznaurs themselves.Medium/heavy horsemen armed with lances, bows and swords, were clad in chainmail and scale armors.

Finally, you can make two units, recruitable from Trebizond and from cities of Ilkhans:
1.*Moqiravne Aznauri-Heavy lancers,clad in lamellar,metal helms,lances,shields(round),swords,maces,axes.Horses without bards.

2.*Moqiravne Msakhureuli-Light horse archers,clad in leather armors with some mail,leather helms,armed with bows,swords,shields (round).

Also,I hope, you know famous pic of Georgian horse archer, from Osprey, you can use it.

*Moqiravne-means ,,Mercenary” in Georgian,it was specific term to mark Georgian mercenaries, serving in foreign armies for gaining gold and glory.

+1 I accept to Molashkre.
and that is important too : Georgians were very strong in that time
That period is called "Golden Age Of Georgia"

Well, little mistake:this period is end of ,,Golden Age",but Georgians were still popular mercenaries.

I did wanted to add some mercenaries for some factions anyway. I guess we can also add some Georgians into the mix. Prepare your mineral water!

Great     ,,Borjomi" is in full readiness

Also, there's a weapon on this manuscript,I doubt,it's hafted blade,so you can give hafted blades to Aznaurs.Maybe,it's because of Mongol influence.

Hopefully sometime after January 18th. That's the day I have to give in my paper and I'll have some free time after.

I'm also hoping to add other mercenaries, such as - Finnish footman(spearman), Mazovian cavalery. And I think I had some other troop writen down somewere, but I can't find it now. It's a good time to suggest some to us(with pictures/finds from the 13th c. would be good).

Perhaps some new troop trees would be interesting as well - for example wales troop tree was suggested some time ago. I imagine Finnish and Mazovians can also have there own troop tree(atleast partial). But that would require someone to do reasearch(including wales troop tree)..

I see,you have big plans  You have my support about Eastern troops

Would be good, also one of the advisors of Seljuk Sultan in Kosedag was a Muslim Georgian.

Adding them to Ilkhanid cities as mercenary would be good, but its more concerns me that there is not even a trace of Turks in Anatolia, not in the recruitment, not any mercenary, Its pretty understandable that they make Anatolia Ilkhanid because Seljuks were vassals of Ilkhanids but Ilkhanid influence isn't reached further of eastern anatolia, central anatolia was still under the influence of Seljuk family members and Turkoman tribes, these guys were still capturinng settlements and castles for their own, these tribes later conquered west anatolia themselves without any significiant authority.

There are lot's of Seljuk troops, including Ghulams,Jira Khvars,Ghazies and so on

Wow I'm really excited, installing now

I'm sure, you'll enjoy  If you start,as vasal of Mongols, you won't be able to recruit Seljuks, but Mongols. You should start playing as free,or vasal of other kingdom (anything, except Mongols) and you'll get Seljuks

How is the troop tree ? Seljuk army greatly disappeared in these times, Seljuk Sultans heavily rely on mercenaries, but control generally on the Turkomans in the lands, I wonder the look of them too, I hope they're not looks like Arabs

Jira Khvar means mercenary btw, Its a general term.

Btw Georgian mercenaries would be better at Eastern Anatolia, I didn't heard anything about Georgians in Seljuk lands after Kosedag.

Well, there are three types of recruits:
1.First one-Paroikoi Anatolikon (recruited from villages)
2.Polites Anatolikon (recruited from cities)
3.Mourtatoi Anatolikon Kavalarii (recruited from castles)

These troups may upgrade as or Seljuk,or Armenian troops.Jira Khvars have some mix equipments of Turkish,Byzantine and Arabian items.Other troops (Ghazies,Ghulams) completely look like Seljuks.
