Any plan to add anatolian empires and sultanates?

Hard to skip Byzantine empire, sultnate of Rum, armenia, ayyubids, kingdom of jarussalem! they are joy of dark ages.

If you are really serious about adding modern day Turkey you could help by doing some reseach like it was done here: forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,179222.0.html . I am sure the modders would find it useful when they approach that area.

It has been said many times before - countries are added from West to East.
There will be Byzantines, Turks, Crusaders and many more, but not yet.

Good luck finding any real names from around 1200 period though  :roll:. I doubt there are more than 3 people known

Somewhere I made a map with the factions we indended to add. Anatolia was FILLED with them. Aside from the Byzantines and the Rum Seljuks, there were many more spanning from Ankyra to Baghdad. That's one mess of a region!
