It's seems ok now for the installation but I got a error about missing music files. When I check the rep (modules/POBD/music) it's empty... So i guess the mod cannot find the said music files !

Got a clue? I erase and installed the mod a few time, always the same result !

Thanks !
There shouldn't be any music files in the module folder (you'll notice the native OiM folder doesn't have any music files either)...it should automatically look in the main installation directory when it needs to find those files. When does the error come up? What does it say?

Updated to PBOD v0.92

Changelog v0.92
  • Pre-Battle movement orders (+/- 10 paces, formations, spread out/stand closer) now 'snap into place' at spawn time. There may be some reshuffling, but this speeds along the starting formation process greatly.
  • Pre-Battle orders now available for 'alternative' divisions activated by splitting a troop type into a secondary division
  • Shield bash made key-mappable. "Defend" needs to be held down, too.
  • Some bugfixes (Custom Camera and Split Divisions mainly)
No WFaS-specific changes yet, just the coding updates and fixes from the Warband version.

When processing the INI files
RGL ERROR
Unable to find module music file
With a OK button
thanks !
I'm really not sure why this would happen. I'd recommend deleting your Modules\PreBattle O&D folder and trying to install again.
Has your 'native' Modules\OiM\ folder been edited? The installer uses some of those files and if you've added new music there or something it might get confused. Best to keep your OiM folder untouched and make changes to copies of that folder.

Hi !

I haven't move any weird file. For some reason I must remove the & in the main folder name, can it be this ?

Possibly? The & isn't a problem in Windows 7. I'm not sure what OS you're running...but if it works, it works ;)

I can't find the option to select it in my main menu, it looks just like the default. I checked to make sure it was installed in the right folder.

If it is in your <WFaS installation folder>\Modules\PreBattle O&D\ there shouldn't be a reason that it doesn't show up in the launcher (your install folder would default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Mount&Blade With Fire and Sword\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\mount&blade with fire and sword\ if you have Steam and the installer should find either). Depending on your OS, perhaps you need to remove the ampersand '&' ...but until dHErblay, I've not had anyone mention that before and the mod's been released and installing to the same folder for almost a year and a half.

The main menu in game will look the same when you select "PreBattle OD" instead of "Native" in the launcher (the pic on the launcher will change though). Once in game, your character needs either 1 point of tactics to see any new pre-battle options and 2 points to see them all. There will be a new "mod options" choice in your camp menu right away, however.

Ooooh, it's in the launcher, not the main menu. Of course! Sorry about that.

Any changes i make using Morghs editor dont appear in game. Any reason why?  :(

Excellent coding by the way, it adds a whole new level of playability to the game.

What are you trying to change with Morgh's?
If you edit the PreBattle O&D module's files after installing it, they should appear without a problem. Be sure you are editing the correct module.

I was trying to  edit troop equipment and i have checked to make sure i have the right module several times, it should be C:\Program Files (x86)\Mount&Blade Warband\Modules\PreBattle O&D\ right?

You do realise that this is the With Fire and Sword board, right?

Granted PBOD works for both, but are you editing the Warband files and then launching WFaS?
Nationalism. Almost as serious a business as the internet. Some of these diatribes feel like necroposts from the 19th century... *sigh*
