In all seriousness, just a tip Andrej matey : You should just leave it in the OP that "Militiamen" are people who are more casual / are not competitive, simple as that. Cut the "not good enough" part.
It will likely cause less tensions inside your clan, lead to a more relaxing environment, as it's never good if some players start having ego issues and belittle those who "are not good enough" to be competitive like them!

Yeah I know. "Not good enough" isn't the right expression for that...I will try to find a better discribtion for that when I'm at home again.

I can promise you, that such things won't occur...

We are strictly against bravado and egoism. If someone is sport with his skills or someone is egoism he get's an overhead with the sledge!
