Sorry it took me so long to answer, to get any of the elite troops form any faction you must capture a town and build a (Catedral for Swadians, Palace for Zarrakians etc) in the buildings menu and then you will be able to recruit them there.. of course, from when you build it, those troops will also appear in your garrison

Yesterday I started making this mod for warband from scratch... I'm planing to make it even better than this version... Still it will take a long time until it's first release since I'm still working alone as with the first mod
