Na, the banjo's just ... a banjo. You can't do anything with it.

In prior versions, you got a winchester disguised as a banjo when infiltrating a town. Don't know about the current version, though.

Please read properly. I told you that the beggar's banjo doesn't do anything.

The banjo rifle is still in the game files, though. So make some use of the item editor, if you want to have it.

That is - if it's not already implemented in some way I have not yet found out about.
