Just do what the Europeans do and ban all weapons that can crush through block. Blatant cheese weapons should be banned. The Spiked Staff and the Long Hafted Spiked Mace are less cheesy because, while they can knock you down, they do relatively average or low damage otherwise and can't get a "free" hit by derping an overhead that you fail to dodge.

I love the organization of this thing, know room for surprises. I also know exactly what to expect I can practice for it.

First reason to join for the challenge of adapting my style to the ring, I'm in. I learned a new mode of play for the last tournament(fastest).I became a better player for it. This will help in my continued quest to master this game. Plus it gives me a chance to stomp down some of the those players who were so unkind to me in the last tournament. I hope I get Anti_zerg first, then Big_Boss, perhaps even kitten, though he became a bit more reasonable towards the end.

I will also be able to show the community that given time, you can adapt to anything.
Time to show NA and Europe what practicing for known battle conditions can do.
