But I gotta agree, it's pretty dumb to call paying customers "cunts", especially as an admin.

Fun fact is, there used to be a time when someone calling himself a 'paying customer' got laughed off the forums.
Not to mention he called the twits from the Minecraft forums cunts, not the ones here.

Dunno why "paying customers" should get extra fancy rights anyway. They got what they paid for, they shouldn't get other perks. You don't go to a shop to buy some eggs and go "Gimme a car too, I'm a paying customer!"

Actually, no they don't. Paying customers have the rights that are outlined in the EULA and those given to them by their government. Anything else is just a privilege. They do (most often) have a right to tech support, but that doesn't have to be in forum-form.

Tech support most certainly isn't a right, if it was you couldn't flog it separately The only thing the EULA grants is a license to use the product, and in terms of consumer rights the only applicable ones are those provided by Turkish law. If any.

There's no country in the world where supporting a product is mandatory.

Not in letter no. Warranty laws and such may be satisfied by tech support as a potential resolution, however.

Warranties only apply to goods. Software is sold as a license.
