Seeing as you've made a point of being the named "1st Yorkshire Regiment of Foot" and actually claiming to be the 1st Regiment of Foot, you've lost out on using any of the 33rd stuff. There's already a 33rd Regiment of Foot, and they already have claim to the nickname etc due to them being created before you changed the 1st Yorks. You can't have the best of both, you can only be one or the other - and it seems like you're stuck with being the fictional "1st Yorkshire Regiment of Foot".

Nice job editing an image made by me without asking for permission. id appreciate it you stopped using it. (key give always the Regimental and Kings colours are for the 33rd (Note Roman Numerals) also the nickname immortals was for the 33rd and the motto is also from the 33rd. please remove it from use.

You arrogant so and so, I made this image copying the layout of your image thank you, and the 1st Yorkshire 'West Riding' riding line fusiliers are the 33rd you fool 33rd 'west riding'. The 1st Yorkshire Regiment of Foot was formed by several Yorkshire regiments and used at the battle of Waterloo, so the correct name for them in mount and musket terms are the 1st Yorkshire West Riding Line Fusiliers so I suggest you get out now and I will come into your teamspeak to make you understand further.

On the side of the regiment however, it has been around for over 1 year, you really should look at the other 3 taleworlds forum threads which was made for the regiment, also the regiment was formed unofficially on November by me and Death346

Find someone else to annoy because I wont put up for it, and if you want to wind me up come speak to me in voice chat / Thanks.

Oh well it is not fictional MM Russia3 is Waterloo period, the 1st Yorkshire Regiment collectively was made up of several regiments I think they were formed way before the Napoleonic times also, the 33rd were the most senior regiment present at the time, I like it how you call them fictional, yet there is clear evidence of there existence.  The 1st Yorkshire Regiment of Foot is a name of a regiment I don't understand what are you getting at, it is like 79th Regiment of Foot, and they are also called 79th Cameron Highlanders, that's the other name for the regiment. You need to understand Mr Flashheart that there are several other names for regiments, even nicknames but they don't have a completely  different entity.

TBH you are really showing to everyone what the community is like here, always at each others throats I hate it that's why I hide away and never update this forum thread to recently following request.

Now gentlemen, on the basis of the regiment being 'Fictional'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yorkshire_Regiment

The Yorkshire Regiment
(14th/15th, 19th and 33rd/76th Foot)

Now you will say it is because they are a modern regiment, but wait a second

Waterloo Day 18 June

Wait why are they celebrating Waterloo....

Also you talk about the formation of the regiment in 2004 scroll down to the battle honors, you will find out regiments disband and reopen in times of war especially the size of the Yorkshire Regiment, being the largest regiment in the entire Napoleonic wars for the British.

It's tradition to take the battle honours of the old regiments of which a new regiment has been formed.

Including those inherited from preceding units

Yorkshire west riding=33rd.

Let me give you the full explanation:

33rd (1st yorkshire west riding) Regiment of foot > Duke of Wellington's Regiment > East and West Riding Regiment > together with some other regiments, Yorkshire regiment

Ninja'd.

[Waterloo] was Bourbon victory. The Allies were just marks bleeding on Louis' altar.

All I am saying is that they said this regiment is fictional when it is not and I have chosen the 33rd side of the regiment, nothing wrong with that.

33rd is already taken, so it's against the rules.

And I kinda understand people aren't really that enthusiast to see the yorkies back.
I'd say, good luck and show you are a decent regiment!  :)
