The sounds are from a mod.  The actual game's gunshot sounds aren't in here, I think.

I don't think so. There are sounds from a soundmod of Napoleon: Total War included in your pack, but the "basic" musket sounds from Empire/Napoleon: Total War are in your soundmod too...
