TweakMB now has some support for WFaS, and has option for disabling companions leaving. They will complain though, but never enter the leaving conversation.

Disabling companion interaction probobly wont be functional until module system is released, according to kafka95: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,168669.0.html

I made a little chart with the likes+dislikes (from the op) + the stats of all the companion, extracted with the troop editor
On the second page is one possible group set up, anyone feels like completing it ?

Companion compatibility has always seemed straight forward to me, never needed a chart for it.

Bottom line is just read their stories.

Of course if you're a douche IRL you may have a more difficult time identifying the douches.

According to what is in this shedule - Ingri, Tepes, Fedot, Fatima, Viktor + Zagloba is biggest "not arguing at all" party I could find. I wonder if there is some bigger possible group.

You're not wrong.  I've gotten that dialog in a few separate playthroughs.
