Hmm, as I have said before, very dark banner backgrounds are not ideal: the faction color script multiplies the color values to lighten it for the chat, but multiplying numbers almost 0 still results in almost 0; and very dark tableaus look worse because the shading and texture details are obscured. If you check the native "black" banners you will see they are actually dark grey.

What background color did you want to use?

Grey, if possible. If you feel the banner won't cope well with the game engine, then let me know; I'll edit it for the purpose.

I vaguely remembered the image being posted in this thread, but after a search showed that you were the creator, and being a nice looking banner, it will be added . There is no room left in the current banner textures, but a new sheet can be started.

Care to add this banner

My opinion is that it looks too minutely detailed for the low resolution banner texture size when scaled up on armor, making it look like a blocky mess: ideal banners have bold, simple designs (the request before yours is a good example). If you still want it included anyway, please specify what PW faction or organisation you want it for - players can't have personal banners in this mod (unless the lord of a faction centred on your character).

It's a shame that the swastika was debased to serve the Nazi ideallogy. Although that particular design Phoenix posted is Nazi-German.

Good. I hope a mod for a small game featuring a remotely Nazi-related banner in a game set 790 years before Nazi Germany existed causes a public outrage and gets all PC games banned in Europe.

This ones are from an Alemannic brooche, thus these are hereby forbidden by me to be marked as a nazi-symbol.
It's so damn stupid to still reffer these holy symbols as a nazi-symbol, it just infuriates me!

Also, I read more about the black sun on wikipedia:
