Getting dwg format into obj format to use with wings 3d

Would anyone know how to do this, or even if there is a plugin for wings 3d to allow you to edit that file type.

Blender can open .dwg and save as .obj

Try the forge next time, if you're not careful you could easily get mobbed by trolls in this area of the forums. Especially when asking a serious question.

In Blender, if I go to "Import", one of the options is DXF/DWG  ...I would assume that would work, no?

And Google is likely as good as anything here. Shouldn't take you too long to find a converter for DWG to another format. (From my quick searches, there is no Wings3D plugin)

there is no option to import DXF/DWG and i got the latest version

My Blender 2.49b has an "Autodesk DXF (dxf dwg)" option ...don't know what to tell you.
