Module System. Module System is very easy than *.txt file (Well, module system is still hard to me).
And i can't give a fief to Bandit without Module System. Doesn't like my before mod.

You should also make all of the bandit factions at war with eachother because as you know there is no honor among thieves.

Are you still going to have the other kingdoms be at war with eachother or are they going to pit aside their differences and solve this bandit problem?

Yes, Sea Raiders will always Try to Siege Desert Bandits Fief. Mountain Bandits and Forest Bandit will be have a conflict about Vyncourd Castle, because of The Territory. Takujin The Tactic Makers (Great Bandit Steppe Horde) will be have a very great war with Khergit. Taiga Bandits will be having a conflict with Sea Raiders because Sea Raiders troops always crossing Taiga Territory.

i am doing the models and stuff like that i think he is doing coding and al that hard work  :P
