The Villianese always seem to jump on the band wagon with me and take out a bunch of sarrinid holdings while I am sweeping up the sarranids from the other side :-P

Troops, Lords and economics are already being shaken up to make them play much more like an actual player, from what I understand the native system just cheats and gives lords money and troops for no reason at the moment.

Very true, but it is to keep gameplay alive, coz if enemy lords appeared on the map with only the troops they could get from their villages you would see alot of lord with 8-12 troops...
I think it is good like it is

Yeah but what Computica is planning is to rework the whole system so that you no longer need to make the computer cheat just to keep the game running.

Aye, when this realistic system is in place the lords will actual be effected if you attack there villages and what not. I still would love to put a ethics system in-place though. I also want AI lords to have troop morale. Also I figured out that overall morale should be more effected by battle. As far as food goes I think it is one of the more annoying features. I'll have to do more thinking about that.

you need to tell the constable to tell village elders to send recruits, if you have a knights hall then then the nobility should start to arrive slowly I think

Thank you! I was wondering that for the longest time now, I see lords with ten to twenty nobles in their forces while I only have five (all rescued from enemy forces over time). Thanks for the tip

It looks really odd to see Antarian Elite infantry using the warscythe thing with a flamberge on their backs. Is there no way to make them use the big sword?

Pretty weird to see them using a flamberge with a spare on their back as well  :D

Yeah the game will eventually be balanced out. I find that they would rather use 2H military cleavers even though there shorter.

Well I should check, but I think they just choose randomly. What is odder, they only have one flamberge and one military scythe in their list, but somehow can spawn with two flamberges at once (or two scythes).

Still, I mean you're an Elite troop, why are you using that weapon if you've brought the big one to the field. Granted, it's probably not a major thing but it would be nice to not look so silly with that huge sword just stowed away.

They only tend to use them in really open areas and when not in crowds, you should duel a few Antarian Elites and see how they react in melee.
