thank you. I have long wanted to create an embassy in taleworlds, but we do not have a common set of recruits, we take the idea of people, mostly russian.

we based on Rus 13 century mod, but the Vikingr - the second major mod in our arsenal.

I will soon establish our embassy in taleworlds, and possibly make a banner-link to our topic.

Vyatichi

our banner

owl - the symbol of wisdom, loneliness, describes the spirit of the forest as a whole.
please note, this is not a historic banner, this is our only mark of distinction.

Ulenspiegels :]
Its a good book by the way.

You have FenrisBarn banner somwhere there, but I'll repost it just to be sure it will be added ;)

It's Fenris, demonic wolf of norse mythology. As you might know wolves hunt in a pack, pretty much like we do.
What doth love be?
Infant, beith hurting me not...
Beith hurting me not...
No longer.

The posted banners will be implemented, only Vyatichi have yet to set up their clan thread^^

I recommend having a look at the first page though, we have decided to add individual clan standards as well for the next patch, so that clan members can actually use the appropriate standard among their host.  :)

We're also giving you the possibility of having your own clan shields!
Look at the first post for the templates :)

The Erlingar would like to have an own banner for the next patch, although we only count four members at the moment. We do, however, intend to increase that number. We are Five now.

For the banner, a .png file is okay?

For the standard and shields, .dds files are okay?

You can send a png for everything, but layered .psd (photoshop) or .xcf (gimp) files make it the easiest for us to make small corrections. For dds it might be that we have to change a detail and are forced to convert it so that the quality might suffer a bit...
With the shields a layered version is probably best so we can rotate them or whatever.

Just wanted to tell you that the shields on the textures are not at the same orientation as when blocking, like here
Left is the texture and to the right is the shield in-game in blocking position. Notice the dents/scratches. On the texture the left side is the top!

Hello

I'm thinking of starting up a Norman Clan due to the fact they are very little. What banners would you recommend and if so can you help me make one?

Cheers

Well before requesting a banner you would need a clan thread and at least five members, so maybe you better wait with it yet.
