Always save your game before executing a lord and check your relations with a choosen settlement after it.
Save your game before boarding your ship. Sometimes you will get unwanted results. You may be enclosed forever between bridges if you board in wrong direction without the possibility to disembarking etc.

If this happens, hold ctrl + space, then click on the map to teleport past the bridge. I believe that cheats must be enabled to use this.

I personally would find dual wielding two shields very effective. It might not be historically accurate, but climbing a 50ft long, 2ft wide ladder, at an 80 degree angle, without the use of hands, in order to invade a castle filled with rhodok crossbowmen isn't either.

Ctrl+ click is enough.

Hi all,

Loaded this mod and thought I would give it a try. Decided to go down the trading route first, only problem is I can never find the dun/ caer I want to go too. Any suggestions??

In 'notes' > 'locations' you can see the names of all places in the mod. Is that what you need?

Yeh tried that but doesn't give much detail, do you have a map? I have only just started playing so I guess it takes time to get used the names and such. Bloominheck some lords have names that a soooo.... long. :)

you don't need any to start a kingdom. i've seen 50 recommended else where but i've started mine with less. to recruit vassals you need high renown and honor, as well as a good relationship with that lord. also you can promote one of your companions to be a lord.

Thanks Adorno.

I like this mod due to the setting, definately interesting. One little niggle is the facehugger style of fighting. I have a spear, he has a spear and he still wants to give me a kiss. We trade blows dealing 0 damage. Frustrating!!

When that happens (always :D), I whip out my sword or a short spear (120 in length). Or kick him in the face, back up and stab him.
