Barabas, try adding another troop after "trp_multiplayer_profile_troop_female" in module_troops.py. Call it "trp_multiplayer_profile_troop_giant" or whatever. Set this troop's gender/skin to "tf_giant".
I had simillar problem some time ago and if I recall correctly, adding such troop solved it.

Somehow he lost his hands, but we'll see about that. I'll get the doctor to take a look =D
Edit: the doctor fixed it =) (I accidently had the vertex coloring of the skin on 0x00000000)
