No its not strange to patch things up, if you know your game will get media attention and sales. It would be stupid not to. All this conspiracy bull is so baseless, its an insult to common sense. Nobody forced you or anybody else to upgrade warband, version 1.143 is available for download and it works with WSE - how you can conclude malicious intent from that is utterly astounding.

Strange to create a patch, after such a long break, while working on a new game.
The only need for this patch - that could work DLC. Squirrels could make an independent addon, without interfering in the game. Like WFaS.

I guess that they are aware of the fact, that their work is not worth status of an independent addon ad is still just a mod.... :wink:
