Movie WB View
Not supported

Yes, I know that there are many retextured mods much better than mine. But I wanted to make a mod that would be a simple, balanced and have not changed anything in the game, only made it more naturalistic. I would call it a stylish minimalist movie-style minimod. I made it for myself, now I'm pleased with the game view and share them with you! This minimod does not change anything except the impressions of game!
Not all textures are taken from other mods, some of it I made myself with textures from http://www.cgtextures.com/ (new arena stone wall, new planks, new snow). Many thanks for creators of this used minimods:
Realistic Colors
Polished Landscapes (old & new)
Polished Buildings
Mipmap fading
Expanded Horizons (FIXED!)
Real Water
Graphical Boost
Graphical Enchancement
Dalls HD
Colorful Textures
and, of course, great Native textures!

Installation:
Install textures only:
1. Make backups of the folder called "Textures" in your Warband or mod location.
2. Unzip the archive, copy and paste all files from "Textures" folder to "Textures" folder of your Warband or mod location. When asked if you want to overwrite, press "Yes to all".

Install "Expanded Horizons" for "Movie WB View"

load_resource = op_terrain_borders_textures
load_resource = op_terrain_borders_materials
load_resource = op_terrain_borders
load_resource = op_terrain_borders_b
and save the file.
3. Paste 4 files from "Expanded Horizons" folder to "CommonRes" folder of your Native or mod folder:
op_terrain_borders.brf
op_terrain_borders_b.brf
op_terrain_borders_materials.brf
op_terrain_borders_textures.brf

Looks quite good for me : P Although the sarranid buildings, they look like the have gone through tough times.
Any medieval building would look rough because of lack of maintenance and war.

I do not like big flat monotonous surfaces like that:
http://www.middleeast.org.ua/oboi/desert/desert_030.htm
It's so... boring (not interesting)  :sad:  I like this
http://www.ecosystema.ru/08nature/world/35tun/02.htm
I also fixed "Expanded Horizons" mod by some alpha-channel changes (and add transparent layers to "terrain" files)... Look carefully at screens with horizon.

the sarrinid buildings look like  someone saved up all their poop and at the end of the month he/she went around town and smeared it all over the buildings and walls.

And then after a while it dried into a paste

:lol: Yeah...Dirty gloomy medieval times...
Will this be just textures, so we can use it in any mods we have?
Exactly...Not bigger that native...
Some new screens added above...

arent those textures from Polished Buildings? iam sure
Yes, Gutekfiutek is the best retexturer!  :grin: But Polished Landscapes & Polished Buildings are increase the load of PC and change the Native scenes and trees. And I want to change simply Native view, nothing more. Read above:
Compilation & Editing some textures from:
Realistic Colors
Polished Landscapes (old & new)
Polished Buildings
Mipmap fading (Gutekfiutek is great!  )
Expanded Horizons (FIXED!)
Real Water
Graphical Boost
Graphical Enchancement
Dalls HD
Colorful Textures
and many tuning of Native textures...

Great!

Didn't you make a mistake here?

Installation:
2. Make backups of 3 files:

"grass_meshes_b.brf" and "grass_meshes_b.brf" in "CommonRes" folder and "module.ini" file in "Modules\(Your Module Name)\" folder.
Both grass_meshes files are the same. Do you mean grass_meshes.brf and grass_meshes_b.brf ?

I've tested this a bit and found out that
- you also changed the target reticule (native one looked better to my liking)
- some of the native armors somehow forgot their bumpmaps..
- the first texture of the manface seems a bit odd...
