Tutorial: Creating your own regiment.

But can you tell me what i have exactly to do if I wont make my own regiment, must I only have a thread for the regiment, a structure and a server or must I have more than this?

You need a thread, a proper structure and a webpage wouldn't be bad. You ask Vince or someone to give you a Teamspeak channel too if you are ready for that.

Just look at some other regiment's first posts and you should get a good idea.

Get members before a TS channel Not much point in sitting there by yourself 

Also remember that members will come to you if they want, just let people join if they want because they see your guys in the servers having a good time. The Public line battle is good for this, once you get 4 or 5 guys start getting together for the Public LBs so public people see you and think "Hmm they're alright might think about joining them!"

I have found a better regiment the "3e Royal Bavaria Infanterie-Regiment" it was foundet by Kurfürst Johann Wilhelm in February 1698 and it was dissolved in May 1919.
And I have already about 4 members who would join my regiment.

if it is for creating a regiment, no. You do not need permission to form a regiment.

All you really need are guys and a way to organize them then come up with a name for your regiment.  Historical regiments/units based on this time period and not already used by others will be best received.  Then just get out there and get recognized by playing as a team by the rules set forth on the official servers.

As willson said, I do suggest you start of with a few guys so things start running. Make a simple rank structure to begin with and also keep everything fair, its not always nice for others if you promote ppl from for example private to captain. And a history, you can take important bits out of it but a long historicle text is rather boring to me.. I always skip those parts when reading a new regiments page but thats your choice, not mine.

The only thing I suggest you take permission for is for training servers, if you ask vincenzo for this you can garantee no one will steal em away from you.
