Still - first antagonist in years that actually annoys people in the way the antagonists used to do, and now he's banned. I didn't see him break any rules (xraying and being a dick is not breaking the rules) but you can't just get rid of him because you don't like him. Pointless, all in all.

Actually you are right.I've asked for a better reason. If one is  not given he will be unbanned. If people were banned for being uncouth I'd have to empty the server.

Malachi wasn't a problem, yeah he was way immature but at least he didn't act like a twat. Honestly, Estonia has gotten out of hand - he threw potions, killing my animals in my spawn plot after MAG sold me slimeballs rather than him and when Malachi gave his stuff to me and Crazy Beast and he didn't get any of it. All he does is call me **** and bitch and I'm getting sick of it. All he does is cause trouble.

Though a perma for chavish behavior is well over a line. There's nothing wrong with a days cooling off at Mod discretion. Consistently acting like a ignorant buffoon and harassing others for non pvp purposes just shows a lack of depth and maturity from those involved.


As for Saber I stand behind Fera 100% Admitting  using Hacked clients is absolute grounds for removal on a perma basis. The people of TaleWorlds have a long standing Anti Piracy stance that is well known. It's not only in the communities prerogative not to want people like that here, but an insult to the man who maintains this server to allow it.

Speaking of dark times indeed..... my last action as a vikings/enderjew/thule/pms/norsekorea/antithule/antibaconland/thulecock is to pass control of the end over to runaway who will let no one into the end, in fact he won't do anything but watch the gate and make sure no one gets through to be able to use the end.  AKA everyone is now on a 100% even playing field.  (I ran this by impendin before doing it ect)  In other news I am resigning from my position in said faction and reforming the Assassins guild with all of its old members and a few more.

I'm rather confused regarding this whole swastika thing. I may be misremembering (I'm not), but when Tibby made his giant ass swastika, everyone was pretty hunky dory about it. To be perfectly honest, I couldn't give less of a damn about the swastika-- what I dislike is the unclear moderation. A nice, codified set of rules for the server would be quite nice. As is, the moderators squabble among themselves, enforcing different things (See: banning and unbanning of Malachi), and pretty much making up rules as they go. With a shiny reference-able rulebook to go by, "moderation" would no longer feel like the whim of the particular moderator at the particular time-- it would feel like actual enforcement.
