The 3 reserves that are mentioned in the official rules are obviously allowed to stay always in the server as spectator.

About arbiter/referee, we don't have any problem in having someone spectating ( But, if possible, not an RS/IG guy, because in case of our win, we'd have to face him).

If IG and RS referees aren't used (which makes sense) and neither 22nd referees for obvious reasons, that leaves the arbiters Leshane and Arthasan. Leshane is allegedly missing, however. We probably need new arbiters before the match.

I could vouch for Crazy Archer being non-partial.
He's not in our NPL team and won't even answer questions when I try to pry information out of him
In other words, he should be clear to ref any team. But then again, you would have to trust me/Crazy.

No, Archer Can't be ref. And nobody from 22nd, RS or IG So we have Leshane. Arthasan can't because he joined us 2 days ago.

AFAIK Leshane can't either.
