Thanks for the back up in the centre of the field lads, looks like we held on just in time for our job to be completed. I think your the first regiment to actually make it in time to assist us when we had to hold back unfair odds. So thankyou, ill try and recite what happened then because it was pretty awesome.
We were holding the hill, obviously. And we were being pestered by them. Then our back of line infantry, decided to have a go at the infantry. They died, we were ordered to charge, so we went in. Cut a few of them up, lost a few guys, then we pulled back up the hill because we were ordered to.
As one of my guys told me, he heard footsteps coming up the hill and thought, bluddy french. And he turned around to counter them as soon as I turned around there were fricking loads of prussians with their bayonets charging down the hill massacring them.
It was purely awesome..
