Originally, I had the full AI on, but then I changed to native w/ AI. I changed it back to Native only when I started getting the errors, but they now persist. It always seems to keep cropping up before lords defect (also, is the frequency of defections increased in this mod? There are a lot going on.

Since i have been starting to play this mod merged with diplomacy, my companions started to magically dissapear, and i mean dissapear, not leave, they don't complain, they don't argue and their morale is high as....something high

It's the first time happening this, Lezalit, Jeremus, Nizar and Bathestur are the ones that gone missing, can it be because i activated the bodyguard twich?

EDIT: I also don't have on the companion's complaint, i like democracy (although i rule with iron fist)

No, the bodyguard doesn't do any adding/removing of companions from any parties.

Are you using the most recent 0.96.3 PBOD/Diplo merger, requiring WSE?

No, the bodyguard doesn't do any adding/removing of companions from any parties.

 I downloaded and installed everything from this thread, i even asked you a few thing about installation, now that i see, i have the version 95, not 96

How do i update it? Will it fix my problem? Or i should re install the mod? In this case, can i keep my currente game? or i have to start a new one?

EDIT: I also have the combat animation enhancement, i asked you about this mod merged with pbod/diplo and you told me something, that i forgot, how can i keep this mod running also?

2nd EDIT: I went to the first page, it says that the update (95 to 96) is only aplicabe if you played a prior version of PBOD: If you are updating from a previous version of PBOD, first delete the PreBattle O&D folder and your savegame data, etc, will be untouched, so i did this, i runned the game and all my save games are gone. I don't speak an excellent level of english, so i may missunderstood something and did the wrong thing

All I have solved the problem. It turns need a licensed game, but I used a crack game... Today I bought and installed Steam version of the game, downloaded from the official site and established a separate game version 1.143. And it worked, it cheers.

'Patch' now available for use with installations of Warband v1.15x

Run the mod installer as normal first (OKing it when it tells you it is the wrong version of Warband), then run the 'patch' installer, and finally run the game from the shortcut the installers created.

(Note, all I've done is thrown together an installer that will drop a copy of the Warband 1.143 executable into your main Warband folder and alter your WSELoader shortcut to point to this executable, rather than your installed v1.15x executable. This is a similar technique that other WSE-reliant mods, such as The Deluge, have used to work with WSE's incompatibility with 1.15x. With this continued incompatibility, the development of PBOD remains more or less on hold.)

Appears to be some problem on the Nexus at present.

EDIT - Nexus issues appear to be resolved. The patch download works.
EDIT 2 - bah, due to testing errors on my end, I needed to re-upload the patch. Nexus appears to be taking its time syncing that

So i have got 1.153 warband and i installed the 1.143 Diplo+ PBOD and then the 1.153 patch but when i use the shortcut i cant launch the game...It installed just fine into the modules folder and patched fine too.

Yes i did that now, but when i use the shortcut its still giving me errors and im not sure what is the problem. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate if oit helps

No, it cannot. You'd need to merge the source codes and PoP doesn't release there's. This is stated in the OP.
