I did not say that the Germany of 1933 was just Prussia with a name change. Countries do tend to change a bit over time in case you didn't notice; for example, take modern Sweden and the Swedish Empire as a great power in the 17th and 18th centuries. Would you say that they are the same country? Of course not; the former has evolved considerably from the latter, so that the only similarities are some instances of geography - disregarding the losses of Finland, Estonia, and parts of Norway - and language, so a comparison between those modern countries is pointless. And with respect I think modern Sweden, Germany, and France all are very much similar today, anyway.
