Hey!

I downloaded the mod and played a few days and I must say Im very attracted to the mod. I like the setting, the historic accuracy, the models, and the new cities and the factions. How ever even though i got the training skill, it just doesent seem as if i train my soldiers. They dont get any xp after a day, they only get xp from battles it seems.

Second, I think that the variety of banners is a bit lacking, and I really miss some of the old ones from the vanilla, and perhaps a mod that could allow me to switch banners during gameplay :)

About training skill: You have to have a higher level than your troops to train them. So if your character is level 1 (or even 2 or 3) even a training skill value of 10 won't do any good, since only troops gain experience that have a LOWER level than the trainer (your character). And even recruits start at level 3 or 4 (or something. At least they are not level 1).

About banners: You can change your banners. Got to camp menu, activate cheat menu, then there is an option to change your banner. Then turn off the cheat menu again.
