Lords just sitting in castle doing nothing

So I have now 3 lords sitting in my castle doing nothing. When I ask them to follow or do any other thing they say they need to attend their own business. They say they need to raise a army before take any other actions. I give them soldiers (one has now over 120 soldier in his army) but they just refuse to do anything.
Anyone has suggestions? Is this a " feature" or maybe a bug?

You need wait they have army ready (you can give troops to them for internal feature, but i think that Warband system dont see it, and only add own recruits of lords)

Thanks for the replay. It is taking forever though... Maybe I have crappy lords :)

i think it is a bug from Native.
When I tweak more troop to lord, they will not recruit their own troop if they are not staying in their fief. I mus give troop for them, and they will return their castle. You can know what are they doing in question "What are you and man doing". Give troop and they will answer "We are return .... Castle, bla bla ..."
