Wellington and Napoleon Decision and application thread.

Ok, everyone that wishes to become either Wellington or Napoleon, must make a post below answering each of these questions:

What previous experience do you have in leadership?

Have you commanded a line battle before, if so, how many?

Did you play Battlegrounds 2?

Why do you want to play as Wellington/Napoleon?

What do you like most about Wellington/Napoleon?

You have 2 days to do this, then we decide.
Also you must only apply if your ping will be suitable for gameplay, and you are sure you will be able to make the whole event, which could be up to three hours long.

Wellington App:

1) I run the 22nd battalion Warband clan and before that was 2nd in command of the 22nd Regiment of Foot a realism directed Battlegrounds 2 clan (a mod for hl2 engine based on American Revolution).

2) I have commanded quite a few linebattles in the M&M:Battalion mod. However most of my linebattling experience comes from Battlegrounds 2 where I was one of the clans best linebattle commanders achieving many victories for our clan but also running numerous public linebattles for the community. I do not know how many linebattles I commanded but I probably started around November of 2008.

3) Obviously yes, it is why I love this mod so much, especially as it is better in every way

4) Because I think I could do a great job and I want to see this event be a success. I also enjoy strategy, but strategy with real people under command is even better.

Napoleon application:

1) I am the Nations Cup italian team leader, which mean I have lead trainings and matches for that event and I am also in a commanding role for the 22nd battalion clan, which mean I have run trainings and matches for them too.

2) I have commanded many linebattles as I was in charge of the event for some months. This mean I have prepared the server, found sergeants, banner carriers, explained rules to everyone and lead the team to victory.

3) No, even though I have looked many times at it and seemed nice.

4) I want to test my ability as a tactician, hoping to have a different ending than the real story. I also desire the event to be a success. Beating Plazek, if he will be chosen, would be a very nice award for my honour.

5) His cleverness, cunningness and the many times he did not care about diplomacy ( Like invading neutral states).

Napoleon Application

Firstly, I'm an admin of my clan's server. Also, when I play MM mod, most of the time I try to lead my team, giving them some small tactics. Usually they listen to me. And sometimes (not often) my leadership leads my team to victory.

Not in an event, but informal line battles. I was a commander once, and sargent twice if I remember correctly.

Because I always liked Napoleon as a general and a leader. Thought of being Napoleon is something I can't resist.

1. i have some leadership skills from your formation battle on a sunday.

2. ive been in quite a few line battles on the mm mod server and know how it should be done.

3.i used to play on the 22nd linebattle server on battlegrouds 2 and got alot of experince with leader ship on that.

4.me and other think i could do a great job at commanding wither Wellington's or Napoleon's army.
