I assumed that they would be ready in .960V because i saw a panoramic view of syracuse somewhere in this forum. So in .960V every city looks that way?

I meant that there is actually no co-relation. However if you want to get technical. Sarah Palin and Franklin Delanore Roosevelt are both Human, Russia and Mexico are both Countries and Ancient City walls and Castles both have Walls.
