I love this mod, the only thing that would make it better would be a better selection of ammo.

  Weren't there different types of ammo for cannons in earlier versions of the mod?Like explosive arrows?
  Anyway,I was thinking of more options than just besieging a castle/town.How about the option to sneak in and poison the food supply?The player spawns in a dark corner and has to kill some guards.He has a limited time to find the food supply,before the rest of the guards come in and surround him.A successful attempt would result in some of the defenders getting killed/knocked uncounscious.

these might be very good additions with some tweaks eg

1)there might be a chance of the spear "breaking" (automatically dropped and unable to be picked up) if the horse is heavily armored or coming at full speed, this might will require all spermen to have a backup weapon

2)this should work only if "your" horse is not very far and there aren't enemies close

3)this should depend also from the lord army size and prisoners, guarding 10 prisoners with 1000 soldiers is diferent from guarding 1000 with 100 troops

I've been playing this mod for a LONG time by now, and really, there is only one thing I want to change. I believe players should have the ability to recruit bands of deserters who are not of their faction. Ex: I'm Swadian, so I can recruit all but Swadian-type Deserters.

what about making troops and party stats also dependant on terrain? eg sarranid lords have +1 on pathfinding and troops +1 to athletics when moving or battling in desert and the opposite while in snow

other ammo types were buggy and inconsistent, not sure if xeno plans to add them again

would be too easy for a high level player, and totally implausible for the king of a nation to sneak into a town while his army is outside of it

i don't think the game can change unit abilities based on map location, but if that is possible its a cool idea

Kinda seems a bit misleading to label this mod (B) for both Multi and Single player if it doesn't do multiplayer yet.

I one day hope to convert lesbian twins and convince them to have sex with me, but I don't go around saying I've already done it.

there are some mods where terrain areas matter for party speed, applying that to units shouldn't be too much work from that

Well that would be your party on the main map, but I don't think you can change unit stats inside of a certain terrain region, because that would mean that every other unit of that type in everyone else's army would get that bonus, even if they're not in the terrain region at the time.
James, there is no question you use Smithy-Seeking Ammunition (SSA).  That Carbine has never failed to hit me right in the face as you're going full speed on horseback.

thats an overland map tweek tho, you get the same thing when you move your party though a forrest, but regardless of map position i have never seen terrain change unit abilities in the battle screen

Spear bracing would be an interesting addition that would make the game much more tactical, I think. I also really like the idea of calling your horse. Hopefully these can be implemented later on.
And for God's sake if a horse is just milling about don't shoot it. It had hope, it had dreams. I used to ride this bay who aspired to play the role of Sarah Jessica Parker in her documentary.
