My F4 Doesn't Work

Hello, i'm playing Mount and Blade warband for quite long time now and i need to get a city with a cheat:
ctrl + shift + f4 (knocking people out). But my f4 doesnt work in the game cause when i press f4, it changes the screen brightness.
Does anyone know how to change the f4 so i can use it in the game. or does anyone know another combo for the same cheat?

Cheating takes the fun away. That said, use:

Control+Alt+F4

Control Shift F4 is for old mount and blade, they changed the key. Make sure you press control before the other two buttons else it exits.

Also, if the f4 is the same color as your Fn key, you have to hit that as well.

Typically, though. FN+F4=Sleep.

Not if the Fn key is needed to use the f4 key. I test my homebrew mods like this. it works.

I just grip face ctrl f4 to kill the enemy instantly but I think it's very dirty

Anyways, case closed, OP? And I agree. I mean, if your going to cheat, you won't die anyway. Why bother fighting or even playing? May as well draw a map of your own, and say you conquer an eighth every 30 minutes. Game won.
