Some of those textures are very, very old.  While we would love to update all of them, it is our hope that strength of story and gameplay trump pixels.

Well I do have to agree with that and so far the lore and backstory is superb but it is rather hard to get used to the game if your new. I'm still confused about 80% of everything and I've had the mod for a week, played for around 4 days and I still don't know what kingdom I want to side with, and I've been trying to figure out what Knight Orders I like and what orders are for what kingdoms and how to join an order, etc. Amongst other things, and even the ingame achievements.

Hi Dev-Team,

thanks for your wonderful mod and the lot of ideas you put into it. I have been playing PoP for a few days now and enjoy it enormously - except for one thing: Many of the armours and helmets are very UGLY. The textures are low, and the have edges everywhere.  I don´t expect the most beautiful mod of all times, but it qould be nice if the graphic quality would reach the native game (and the native surcoats etc. are the best-looking in the game). There are other mods like Brytenwalda or especially 1257ad that look way better than native, but also need a fast machine - that would be no improvement (for PoP is fascinating because of it´s huge battles as well).
So my question : I heard you have been working on a new approach to Pop4.0 - will all those ugly models be replaced? Or isn´t that so high on your agenda?
