You can use the alternative link to download it, that's what I used since MBRepository was very slow for me.

It's also worth it, the mod is awesome and generally well polished (things like stretched textures on the map borders and lack of bridges across several rivers with the ability to cross them are irrelevant), it's enjoyable and atmospheric, although somewhat more challenging than the original game to play (unless you got used to it).

Warband is in 1.143, so just update and then install the Mod as usual. That way you benefit of both the improvements to Warband and the ones on PoP.

Keep in mind the torrents are not offically supported by the PoP Dev Team, so use at your own risk. (They should be fine, but just saying...)

It's been mentioned a couple of times before, but to sum it up, us as a dev team measure the success of our mod on each version not only via the awesome community feedback and word of mouth that's going on here, but also by the # of downloads. With Torrents, it's rather difficult to track that kind of thing which is why we don't officially support one.  Will we have one for POP 4, it's hard to say and the end of the day it's all up SD, but at the moment I don't think it will happen.

Oh, that's somewhat understandable but I never found problems with the counter for torrents really, and it'd be an easy way to see how many people are still using and interested in it from how many people seed it.

Definitely my fav m&b out there, but a flaw is that PoP is inferior to other mods textures, looking outdated, imho that's the only minor flaw with PoP, otherwise *hats off*

Well I didn't actually try the torrent so I wouldn't know. But ya, I do love PoP (thanks to the people in your OOC thread that I randomly somehow stumbled into but have went back to yet lol).

But since textures were mentioned there's one thing I could comment on and that's the helmet (mainly full helmets) have a blurred or something texture. But that could just be me and I have my graphics turned down, but textures are relevantly high - but I'm playing on DX 7.

Well to be honest, some textures are down right bad. Lots of good. But equally some bad regardless of high texture setting.

Some of those textures are very, very old.  While we would love to update all of them, it is our hope that strength of story and gameplay trump pixels.
