Dunno really. I've went Dorans, don't really like it. It gives stong ganks and the difference between it and boots is that the health potions are consumables. You will end up with 105 more gold, and with good runes and help you can do wraiths without really losing hp, and kill red before it even hits you back. When it comes to 10AD vs 50ms, it depends a lot. Movespeed is great if you can chase, but then they will probably die anyways. If they play very safe, you need AD to burst people. AD has its upsides.
But yeah, I just prefer cloth 5 because it allows me flexibility. Boots do that too, a bit. I don't like forcing ganks, if there is nothing to gank, I rather clear and gank or clear, buy and gank. A lot of time people are very afraid so they just stick really far back and play very passive for the first two waves or so. There's no point of trying to gank that, me farming and denying lanes at the same time is as good as succesful gank to me. It still allows me really strong ganks while being able to counterjungle and fight counterjunglers.
I like boots and pots against slower and/or weaker junglers, like Rammus, Alistar, Sejuani... Generally anything I have a good chance of ambushing and/or fighting without cloth. If I can kill them when they fight, or really hurt them when they run, then I can do pretty much whatever I want. Or when the lanes are more suited for boots instead.
But yeah, kind of interested to see how they'll pull it off. They could set back the small camp timers but it wont really help. If they set back big creep times it can screw up anyone pulling. I really doubt they will go through every champion who can lvl2gank and tune down the numbers because that'd have huge effect on the balance otherwise too.
