E:Its possible,inheritance cycle mod had flying dragons,and i have seen video (at youtube) where someone fly with fellbeast.

well if they had a very crazy and experienced coder they could probably do that what we need is the guy who made the akatosh mount for tes4 oblivion (akatosh was a dragon)
