I would argue the point that Scots is, in fact, English and therefore allowed but instead I will comply since I can understand why it would be hard for some people to understand waht is being written.

Basically some commands are basic for all factions. Chnaging them may require new strings in the game ect... 

That would be m=nice to have an edition with native languages but that may be imposible...
