Open Warband not starting

Hello, every game i own works perfectly fine. I comeback to warband after 2 years and it wont open, tried everything, from veryfing to unicode.

Nothing seems to help, also i dont have documents folder, when i dowland game launcher from TaleWords site it just shows “Error” cant open.

Im not really sure what to do.
