Closed Screen completely glitched immediately after splash screen

Summary: My game is completely unplayable because I get this weird glitched screen immediately after the splash screen when launching the game both in SP or MP/
How to Reproduce: Launch the game

Edit : I managed to finally fix it after a clean reinstall (didn't work the first 3 times I did that, but for some reason it worked in the end...)
