There is no indication that this mod has been abandoned. The author last posted on its Nexus site in 16/11/23, and according to a 22/1/24 post by a user it still works on v1.2.8 for the player character and companions. If other elements need updating, I suggest you ask the author (Maegfaer). It would be disrespectful for another modder to update Maegfaer’s mod unless it has been abandoned or they received his/her permission to publish a revised version.
