[PoP 3.9.5] About Eyegrim spawn and secret lair of red brotherhood

1) about Eyegrim, I was I decided to take him to one of the Noldor lords, and together we win against that 3k undead army, but... can he respawn, or its just a one-time unique enemy?
2) About 400 game days, and I still can't get this map with the secret lair of red brotherhood. maybe I did something wrong?
