Closed Performance drops to 10-12 fps every 2 seconds !

Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Home
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060 (Laptop)
GPU Driver Version: 532.03 (Up to date)
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H
RAM: 32 GB
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Crucial P3 1TB SSD

I get fps drops every two seconds in all graphic presets. Tried each custom settings and presets but didn't help. I get unstable 100 fps but it drops to 10-15 fps only for a milisecond, and it happens every two seconds! I'm gonna attach some benchmark results for 'very high' preset and 'very low' preset. I also have csv files for these benchmark results but i couldn't upload.
