General mod info

Since i havent found a single thing about the mod,i have a couple of questions:
1.What is the time frame of the mod
2.What general new feutures does the mod offer?

I'd suggest reading the mod description here.

I'm not sure of the specific time period, the mod is more of an "alternative universe of native" type of mod, as opposed to a "native in a specific time period" mod.
