Nice job.  I like the grey version even better.
Making a horse skeleton would be pretty hard, but cool to see.

I don't really like these last ones you pust up.  It seems more like body-paint or a shirt.  Maybe if you overlapped that and the skeleton into one model.  That would be pretty freaky.

I found bug, if its not been reported yet (didnt see it)
If you loot anything from the dead army after (finally) killing them all, it crashes the game with an error about wierd objects in inventory.
