Crazy bug

I was building a siege tower to take another castle and a screen popped up that said, "welcome to sword of democles test combatant"  and was asked the starting questions.  I hit go back and it took me to the title screen?  anyone have this happen to them before?

No, when i reloaded the game it didnt happen, different alliances and what not also took place.
