For a programming project you would ideally use some kind of version control system like github. That can be a little steep if you have no experience with it though, dropbox would probably suffice.

This sounds pretty interesting. I'm a senior in computer engineering and I've done a lot of work in python at various internships, but I don't really have the time to dedicate to another project right now. For those of you who keep mentioning Toncom, he's currently perma banned and has been for two weeks. He has also been banned twice in the past, so for those of you who keep saying we don't ban trolls. We really do.

As for the rest of this drama, it's just sad. Past infractions do in fact matter Rhade. In the real world if you receive enough speeding tickets you get your license suspended. Well you and Vanidar have been kicked for intentionally tking so many times that the great majority of the people in this thread have seen you do it on more than one occasion (Hell I've kicked Vanidar 3 times for intentional tks, and that's just me). There are also countless threads in the private section of our kick/ban forums with records of you two being kicked. Stop pretending to be above the rules with your "BkS Justice", because you're not, and if you really want to dispense your own style of justice, then go start your own server.

And for all the other people who think admining a 50 person server is easy, it really isn't. With so many people you often don't see an infraction of the rules. As such we really do appreciate those of you regulars who bring the trolls to our attention, instead of taking matters into your own hands and just confusing the situation even more.

Now if I may address the TW forum community for a moment... We (POM Admins) are hugely grateful to the regulars that populate our server. Speaking personally, I have been immensely satisfied from the experience. I continue to be amazed by a server filled to max capacity at peak hours. To everyone that enjoys playing in Central POM without acting like a fool, Thank. You.

Yes I know, I have several witnesses who were on at the time as well who can testify to what I'm saying. My only regret is that I didn't fraps it, forgot to click F9. Video evidence is really the best evidence, because Warband's logs are really just awful.

I don't have access to the logs as I'm not a root admin, and Holgard is currently in the hospital or I would ask him for them.

Also I've actually already requested the logs for that day before I even saw this thread. I figured they would come in handy.

I like how you left out the actual reason I banned you. I'm well known as only kicking/banning for intentionally breaking the rules, and always giving several verbal warnings and kick warnings. Please try to find a single complaint against me as admin from anyone, I'm sure you can't.

Here's the full story, Zero only included the beginning which isn't even the reason I banned him.

Map was ruins, I was an archer, had a clear shot lined up and zero kicked me. I told him not to kick friendlies, it doesn't do damage but can be especially disruptive to archers. I'll admit that at this point I was frustrated because it was a clear shot, as a result I warned him a little too harshly for my taste. But at the same time I still never kicked him for it, merely told him not to do it again. This should have been the end of the story.

Zero proceeded to attempt to taunt me into kicking or banning him, I ignored his taunts for the rest of the time that the map was on Ruins because honestly I don't care what you type in chat. I will never kick/ban someone for what they type.

Few rounds later, the map changes. Zero and robocop proceed to start kicking and punching each other trying to bait me into kicking them. I clearly type out in chat that I don't kick/ban friends screwing around and they are obviously friends. I give him fair warning though that if he intentionally team damages anyone I will kick him. Round later at spawn he comes up to me and proceeds to kick/punch me (I have no armor so this does damage). I admin kick him.

At this point he rejoins the server as Balion_Merc_Kicksalot. I give a verbal warning in all chat that if he team damages me again I will ban him. Next round starts, Zero ignores my warning and proceeds to team damage me again. True to my word I ban him. At this point Robocop headshots me with an xbow then promptly leaves the server.

I normally don't post on taleworlds, but I honestly can't stand someone trying to damage my good name as an admin. I've always attempted to be fair in my judgement, and in my several years as admin have probably given out maybe 10 bans total. None have ever been permanent. All of what I've written can be verified in the logs as well.

As a final note, I'm sure that given the atmosphere here I will be trolled. Just know that I'm not even going to respond to any troll posts. I always welcome honest and open criticism though.

Hey if you guys want to use USA_East_POM for a match just let me know ahead of time (preferably over steam: rscheel) and I can setup the server with a password and whatever play speed you want.

So I won't pretend to have any knowledge of what is going on here, your clan business is your clan business. But I will say as an impartial outsider looking in that you GLEE members are handling any disagreements you have pretty immaturely, publicly attacking people is not the way to go about dealing with issues. If you have legitimate disagreements that can't be resolved in private than just leave and start your own clan, no need to publicly attack the Balions in the process like middle school girls.

Yes it was a stupid incident caused by some people jumping to conclusions without really thinking things through. But right now he is unbanned, and I know he has been apologized to by most of POM for the misunderstanding and guess what, he accepted the apology and plays with us in vent and whatnot. SO this entire issue is already taken care of, why its still an issue is beyond me and pointing fingers at people saying, "its your fault" seems rather immature.

This is a fricking videogame, drop all the e-drama because no one cares for it.
