Speaking as one of the Norwegian players, I completely disagree with this statement. The thing is, you schedule the match without asking when we can actually play. There was no steam events set. The first thing I heard about yesterday's scrim was a few hours before the scrim was starting. And by then, on a Saturday evening, people allready have plans

This looks to me that you have given up, and are trying to blame your own team because you lack the leadership skills.

Kohath you are so wrong here. If you would take time to check our steam group, you would see that i posted warnings ABOUT THIS MATCH 17. february. The match was not before 21.february. Is that really not enough time for you guys to answer me, if you can come or not? And yes, i have given up on you. Why would i want to spend many hours trying to make this work, when you are not willing to give 5minutes to check the steamgroup every once in awhile?

If I had been told that scrims would be posted as a comment on the group, I would have checked it. As I'm sure many of the other NOR players would.

Well...thats one of the first things i said..."Jeg kommer til å gi dere oppdateringer via steam gruppen, så husk å se innom en gang iblant" And it worked perfectly the first match, but it didnt work at all the next two matches.

And how can i schedule a match when noone responds to my steam messages??? I've tried hard, and you got no right to put this fault on me. If you really think you got so much better leader skills than me, then go ahead and become captain of the team, spend all your hours writing to players that never writes back. You try that, before calling me a bad leader.

Would be nice to stream Norway vs Balkan. Because we have no chance against the other teams in our group, against balkan we hope to take points!  match is friday 30.01.2015 19 gmt! I think it would be fun for both teams because Norway and Balkan never had their own NC team before and we are two teams that probably lack the good structure other and more experienced teams have. (Not saying Balkan and Norway are bad teams!!! grr ) just that the other teams in our group are high quality teams!)
