Boyar, you need to do those things because many mods use far more resources than native, for scripts and new items.
And Warband not known for it's efficieny in resources and memory use

Edit :

I've tried To be reconverted to pagan (gemanic gods) in Licidfelth, no effect.. Still have the same massage.
The city loyalty reduced to 16 now 

That's the problems.... I'm already pagan and have already built the temple of germanic golds.
I even donate 1000 gold to the pagan priest at Licidfelth, but to no avail

Maybe the banners connected with armor penalty and resting options ?
Those 2 are not my favorite mod options

Well Idibil has answered it, we need armor penalty enabled, I'm so saaad

I find bug for Treasures of Britannia Quest. The quest won't starting ....
