Map problems

I edited the module.ini to slow the speed down to normal (everything moves too fast for my taste), but when I did my camera wont move past Yalen and I can see past the northern and western border. So I changed it back but I'm still getting this problem. Any ideas?

This is with a fresh .76 install and a new game, by the way.

Delete mod folder and reinstall this mod please.
