FAQ of WWII: China Battlefield v3

One step at a time...
  • This mod needs to change its "castle" and "town" attacks. Which should actual be called Fort and City.
  • The Native way of a siege is only good for that time period, trenches, and barbed wire is a good replacement for moats and stone walls.
  • A good artillery system (Field guns, katyusha's, ex.)
New Buldings
  • Radar
  • Production Factory (to make the artillery systems
The Battlefield
  • as a general you can shoot your artillery anywhere in the battlefield
  • The troops that are not in a squad can charge or auto join some squad.
  • Grenade's should not trow the grenades when there is a friendly person near by.
Auto loot
  • Not only the hero's should have that kind of privilege troops too, based on what type of arms they have on.NO that is bad
  • not picked weapons and ammo should go to the baggy.
Vehicles
  • I seen a mod that tried having cars, but its sucked. All they did is change the texture and outline. But it worked like a horse. Later i found a mod with chariots. A whole new system. Car system needs to be made.
  • if cars are put in, guns too right?
Fire arms
  • There needs to be lots of different guns, from all major nation during WW2.(link above)
  • and any chance of sniper?, with scope.
 
i dont think radar even exist in 1937 (theory mostly, not as buildings) :roll: they were used mainly in 1939-1940 and definitly not in china by then

the sniper rifle with scope would be definitly a good addition
 
I love this mod!!!

Bad thing is, I have an OD factory in my town (own faction) and it wont let me build cannons :sad:

but to be honest, not too bothered, my main q is where on earth can i get the flame throwers???? the option isn't available in my OD factory and i cant find them at any baggage officers :sad:

part from that, its a fantastic mod :smile:
 
i am having problems with the mines i ask my pioneers to lay them, no mine laying animation comes up then i tell them to retreat they just stand there and 10 seconds later they blow up and my mine is on no fiendly fire

Oops, that looks like a bug, they should have mine laying animation at least. I will fix this in the first Warband SP version.

It's something I used as map signs.
 
will there be further bug fixes for mount and blade not warband version?
also i have changed the number keys correctly and number 1 still selects all squads
 
Is it possible to have a specified fraction while being a king of the player's own fraction?

I don't think so. Also, you're a few years late  :cry:
 
I'm a little confused as to what i need to download and install, and which ones i should overwrite with updates.
So far i've downloaded this:
WW2 China Battlefield 3rd Version

& I thought I was suppose to update it with:

But I think I may have done it wrong.

I am thinking maybe I should try and put:

and use this to replace or update with this:

Then I put in the China Regional map mod?

And last I'm not sure how to, or if i should Incorporate this mod:

Any help or info, or directions would be most appreciated!
 
First install the original mod file pack, then you can install my map mod and Unofficial patch from Humlenerd (whatever order for those). As far i know my map mod wont mess with Humlenerd mod, his parties.txt file seem to be the same as the one i use.
 
Extremely late, probably no one will see it buuuut, I'm really confuse about this mod, I don't know how to get troops, I don't know how to get new weapons, all I do is just recruit a bunch of mercenaries, any help?
